We're here to guide you and provide support as you explore and get comfortable with your devices and technology. Drop by anytime during our session—no appointment necessary. Please note: We are not a “Genius Bar” and do not fix devices, but we’re more than happy to help you learn how to make the most of your technology! Free One-on-One Tech Support for Every Marylander

Marylanders Online is an initiative through the University of Maryland Extension (UME) and College of Information Studies (INFO) that aims to bridge the digital divide throughout the state of Maryland. Marylanders Online call center provides FREE one-on-one tech support to all Maryland residents on a variety of issues:

• Any device support including hardware and software

• Assistance in getting connected to internet services

• Affordable Connectivity Program application assistance

• Connection to local organizations offering digital skills classes

• And much more
